I end up giving IELTS academic test instead of general training.......Will it be acceptable for my immigration process or do I have to again give the the general module training tests?

1. No Academic IELTs is NOT acceptable for Immigration, only General.

No, sorry Bro. They accept only General. Even if your Academic was all 9.0 they will still need General only

They won't accept Academic Module for Immigration Process.
