I dont think rechecking will help... but give it a try.... i got bandscore 7 last time in writing and 6.5 this time i know this time my essay wasnt that strong...

I would suggest u retaking the test... n follow liz... i have paid videos really helpful... reevaluation will cost u alot instead u can retake.. now u know atleast where u need improvement

Highly recommend liz video lessons... i got 7 in first attempt by just following her techniques with simple vocab...
In second attempt i messed up i didnt understand the essay question fully so got 6.5 its mistake from my side..

You should go for re-eval, in writing and speaking marks usually gets upgraded.

Well results of BC from Zayed University, Dubai is out. They haven't sent the SMS for results so I don't know if these are final or still being sorted out. My writing score is below expected so lets see.

for reading its important to read lots of articles from BBC and Nat geo magazines, this helps with your vocabulary. Understand the format of ielts reading tests you can find more information on ieltsliz.com. Lastly give yourself one month and study daily for 4-5 hours daily, practice, practice and practice. Take test like in real ielts exams, time your progress. Make sure you are completing your reading test in 45 mins as then you will have some time to transfer the answers to the answer sheet and check it as well.

Got my result from BC yesterday and I was literally shocked after seeing this.

L-7.5
R-7
S-7
W-5.5

This was my second attempt and wrote essay much better then last time.
In first attempt, didn't prepare much and got 6 in Writing but this time, had include example related to topic, used vocabulary, advanced grammar tense and still got 5.5.

This is really frustrating. This is all money making strategy of Cambridge and British council. If you guys are really trained professionals then you will be able to understand that this marking is totally inappropriate. Even I m claiming that last time I wasn't better in writing still got 6 BAND then there must be flaws in your system.

Should I go for reval?
Seniors please suggest..
