IELTs 6 for Masters?

Hello,
What are the chances someone can study Masters in Canada with an IELTs score of 6, ranging from 5.5 to 6.5 in each band score. Is there a good chance of him getting visa if he has good academic scores and financial stability? He has work experience and wants to advance his career.

6 is low for masters. I have applied for Bachelor and one of the requirements is 6.5 IELTS score. If you wanna know for sure then check the university u want to study master at.
