I don't remember but I'm pretty sure RAMPED ACCESS was mentioned.
Ramped access -----> disables--->wheelchair

Guys i have confirmed from one of the ex examiner regarding letter.
his reply was "tone should be informal in this letter"

Hello, I wrote the IELTS Test in January 2019 at British council in Nigeria and my scores is as follows: R 7.0, L 6.5, S 6.5, W6.0. I was so disappointed cos I was expecting a minimum of 7.0 in all the test. It is my first time of writing and I am planning to write again cos to get into the pool for EE, one need a minimum of 7.0 in all the test.

I lost focus for a few seconds and heard something about SIZE AND WEIGHT. but kept my answer to the option (foot...)
And the guy was going to do something about GETTING EQUIPMENT.

It was not a difficult listening test, but about 3-4 questions were really 50-50.
But I'm happy that my answers are correct.

the first one was a bit tricky - I was not sure if I'd to choose B or A . But, the speaker convinced me to choose B. ( you'll get the necessary training).
