Thanks I remembered now. But why is it language? I think it must be music? Unless I am Wrong, it was something like music is the most popular, although since last week we see big attention to language programs as well

it is music as it mentioned last week they had chinese language programme which was very popular,otherwise it has been music

It helps to improve on hygiene as good water for bathing. Bathing was in the question there is no way you get hygiene in bathroom. The answer was water.

Because as I remember the answer was coming after the word "improving". So you should improve something. You cannot improve "water" but you can improve "hygiene".

Then I checked collocation and its usage on web. "Improving hygiene" is a common clause.

I wasn't sure about the electricity vs coal part. I wrote coal because I didn't hear electricity (must have missed) and I was hesitant as it somehow didn't make sense to see 'coal' as innovation. In hindsight, I am more inclined with electricity despite writing coal as the answer

I thought about putting hygiene but it didn't make sense in terms of the sentence. Just like you said you can't deliver hygiene, I went with water.
