i couldn't be more disgusted. i scored a L7.5, R6.5 W6.5 S7.5.
My earlier score was L7.5, R8.0 W7.0, S8.5. There is no way i could score this bad. should i go for a recheck, or just book another test. i took the test with IDP.
i have taken IELTS Academic long before and i scored a 8.5 in all, how on earth could i score less in speaking to the say the least!!
What do you guys suggest?

The online report is provisional and not official, that's what they're saying. Your official report should arrive next week.

In my honest opinion, you better go for Re mark rather than taking the test if you're confident enough about your performance in writing tasks. Moreover Re mark don't take 6 weeks as per the website, it takes less than that and in my case, I got my Re marks TRF within 3 weeks.
Planning to go for re-mark in writing. Congratulations to those who achieved clb 9 or above... good luck to those going forward with either re-mark and/or re-appearing. I am truly gutted with my writing score. I CANNOT absorb it. (L9/R9/S8/W6.5) I've seen sample 6.5 band essays and I KNOW I did much better than that. Will re-appear in October if I don't get a positive response for EoR by then.
