Exact same thing with me. Paid the fess, uploaded the required documents. It said that within 48hrs would receive a receipt notice of confirmation - but nothing so far. Also -- when you were uploading the Justification of experience document, for me whenever I clicked "view" to check that it was uploaded correctly it would never open. The "view" button worked fine for the other documents but not for this one.
