I have some questions about the Young Professional program.
I am from Germany (there are still 97 spots available for 2014) and actually on a tourist VISA in Canada and want to apply shortly for the Young Professional program.
When I apply for the Young Professional program, how long would it take to get accepted for the program and then how long does it take to get the work permit? I am just wondering what should be the start date of my contract if I would apply next week.
If I understand it right, I have to apply for the program on the "KompassIEC" to get accepted for the program and then I have to apply for a work permit on the "MyCIC" platform in order to get the work permit which I have to present at the nearest US/CAN border. Is that right?
Also I just want to make sure I am still eligible to apply since I graduated from university November 2013 or is that time span until now already to long?
