IEC working holiday visa (criminal history)

Hi everyone.

I have a friend from Australia that has a (driving an unregistered vehicle) offence on their AFP clearance. Is this going to hurt their chances of getting a working holiday visa?

Also if you have a DUI under .08 that doesn't show on your AFP will that also contribute?

I would reckon that should be OK, as long as it is not a major crime, but still, this is all CIC's call, depends on the case officer.
