IEC Working Holiday - CIC keep emailing me [SOLVED]

hey. I applied for the IEC working holiday and then applied for temporary residence visa and work permit on CIC and got an approval email but I haven't had anything else since and im curious how I go about getting a stamp in my passport. the email I got for approval had no name or no world tracking number or anything that would connect it to me. would you be able to offer any advice

Carby- u dont need any visa stamped on your passport as you are from a visa exempt country. I am sure you are opening the letter on your phone, tab or Ipad - Try a computer or a laptop and all the details would appear.
