IEC Working Holiday Biometrics 2019

Hello everyone, I would like to get some information about the biometric requirements.

In 2014 I got a study permit of one year, and in 2015 I got a Post Graduation Work Permit of another year.
For both visas I haven't been asked for biometrics, of course the change was made in july 2018, but my E-Passport contains my fingerprint, and I have already entered Canada 2 times.

Is it possible that they already have my biometrics considering my e-passport and the fact that I already applied for two visas in Canada ?

1, Nope, CIC/IRCC didn't record passport fingerprints, if you now need bio-metrics for your citizenship, then you will have to get them.

By citizenship PMM meant depending which country you are from.

See here step 10 IRCC will advise if required or not
