IEC Work visa application barcode problem

Hey,
I've completed the application for my Work Permit and pressed Validate, there's no problem there, but on the barcode page there is 5 spaces for barcodes with script underneath them, but no visible barcode...
Any help would be much appreciated!!!

Why are you asking someone who has not been seen here since 2015 ?
