!IEC WH Date letter of introduction!

Hello,

I got a message this week in my account saying that my visa (IEC Working holiday) is approved. Further in the letter it says that to obtain it I must enter Canada by 16th february 2017. On the second page again it says, validity: 16/2/2017 and must enter by: 16/2/2017.
I'm really confused that I only have one month now to enter, or I can't use it anymore (nor apply again).
I haven't done or needed a medical exam and from what I've heard from others they got a year the time to enter.

Is this a mistake, did it change of am I reading it wrong?

Does anyone know what the normal amount of time is between getting your letter of introductien/acceptance/POE and when you have to enter?
Or is it random and different for everyone?

Mine gave me a year to enter Canada and I had read that it is always a year.

I guess they should have made a mistake. At least you can call CIC help line and ask them how you can let CIC know assuming it was a mistake.

Maybe others in this forum can give you better suggestions how to contact CIC about this.

Should be one year.

The only thing I can think of is your passport expiry?

Contact CIC to get the date revised.
