I wonder if you know:
If I need from all country's where I have been (more than 6 month) a police certificate? for the application Young Professional!
Also if I was there with a Work and Holiday Visa ... does it mean I lived there???

Yes - all countries.

Yes - if you were there on a work and holiday visa then you lived there. You need to include any country where you have stayed for six months or longer regardless of your status.

yes they will ask for it, i got mine from Australia in 2 weeks, you can order it online

i lived in canada for a year prior to my application for an iec young prof visa. no pcc requested in my case.
