IEC apply 2015?

Does anyone know when it will be possible to apply for International Experience Canada in 2015?

It says 'Status: This category is now closed' for UK working holiday section on CIC website.

Have tried to apply but says not able to and it will be opening again soon.

Hey everyone,

the cic website says that IEC will not open until mid-February 2015. It was updated this afternoon.
