IEC 2015 Quota Open Date

Does anyone have any information about the open date of IEC 2015? I've read that it opens at either the end or start of the year.

My relatives whom reside in Canada are certain the quota opens September 15th, 2014 for individuals looking to come around January 2015. However, they have not provided me with any evidence of such and the Canadian Government website has no information on when the next quota opens so far as I can see.

I have also noticed the page change and concerned that it is going to be really easy to miss the opening!

I know! I can't even see what the quota is or when it opens, so how are we supposed to ensure we are on it and get one of those coveted spots!

Hi, I am looking to apply (from UK as well) when they open, but concerned that I won't get a place. Have you had any advise on this? Wanted to book my flights now so it is cheaper but concerned it is way too risky,

Way too risky to book flights now unless you want to pay more and get refundable tickets. There are plenty of people who don't get a spot each year. Last year the spots were snapped up extremely quickly (the third round spots were all gone in less than 15 minutes of the program opening).

Does anybody know what time the IEC usually open. I know they are opening any day now, but I want to be prepared for the exact hour they open. Especially if the quota is filled within 15 minutes!

So somewhere else I received the answer. THey announce the times date they will open 72 hours beforehand and the time 24 hours beforehand.
