IEC 2015 - open work permit and work as contractor

Hi, I got few days ago job offer in BC as self-employed contractor. I`m will to travel to BC on may and based on my IEC 2015 i will get Open Work Permit 1y. Is it possible to be a contractor when i will be on open work permit visa?How to open company(or similar) to work as a contractor? Please provide useful links if possible

1. It is an open work permit, you can work anyway you wish, except for the sex trade, and jobs with children or hospitals, where you would require a medical.

Note: If you operate under your own personal name as a sole proprietor (self-employed person or independent contractor), you do not have to register your business. You can simply go ahead and register for a harmonized sales tax (HST) account, if applicable, and for your municipal business licence. In this case, the legal name of your business is your personal name.

1) What should i do when i will be in British Columbia and would like to start working as independent contractor? Based on this page and my knowledge i need to sign up contract with employer and get municipal business licence because i would like to use my name as company name. Thats should be enough ? Of course when I gain more than 30000CAD it is required to register for a HST account.

Could you tell me how did you get or going to get an open work permit after IEC? Because I'm in the same situation, I'm in Canada working full time under IEC and would love to apply for an open work permit?

Please you or anyone else if you have infornation about it, I would really appreciate it.
