IDP vs. British Council

The main difference which i have observed is Free test reporting to institutions

British council gives us the opportunity to send the trf's to 5 institutions without any extra charge

But in Idp they wont give free reporting even though it is mentioned in ielts.org

Avinashh, you are absolutley right! But the services idp provides at the test center must be appreciated. They are really professionals compared with BC. I experienced it since I have tried both of them.

many of my friends have taken the test in british council. i din't come across any extra services given by idp compared to british council

can you mention some serivces

btw, i appeared for the test in Hyderabad,India

In my opinion, test centre doesn't make any difference. If you stay calm and focussed, you can get it. I have tried both and the only difference I could see was the hospitality which was better in IDP. All the best !!!
