So my driver’s license and passport have expired after I applied for citizenship. I’ve renewed the ID documents, but I’m not sure if I should update IRCC about this while the citizenship application is in progress.

For those who have completed the citizenship process, do you think it’s necessary to send the renewed ID to IRCC (via webform)? Thanks in advance.

In our case our DL and kids Health Insurance cards were renewed.
we did not provide the renewed IDs
I remember when I gave the test in May this year I used the renewed DL without any issues

Same like @abbas.pasha I renewed both my Health card and DL. I used the new DL for my test without any issue. I did not explicitly raise a webform as I was not sure what process it will trigger internally within IRCC and then my application go on hold for them to process the new doc(Assumption). I instead thought of waiting for IRCC to ask if its needed by them.
