Application submitted: November 10, 2020
Medical: Upfront
BIL: November 12, 2020
Biometrics Completed: November 17, 2020
BVL and PPR: January 5, 2021

Hi,
I am Currently in US and maxing out my Visa on March 4th (i94 expiry on March 14th).
My work permit is submitted to Embassy on Dec 24th & I am going for biometrics on Jan 13th.
Is is realistic in waiting till March 4th in USA for approvals or going back to India for further proceedings on Approvals and in Sending Passports to Canada from India ? Any thoughts or experience similar to my case ?
(not sure if I have to wait till last day of my visa expiry in USA OR Return back as I don't want to get the passports struck in Canada and waiting in USA with no Visa status)

That depends on whether you would like to process green card in USA at a later date. Suggest take advice from your HR/ Legal.

as per current process you can get the visa by feb end. but after that 2 weeks to get stamped and 1 more week for travel process.

Application: 11/24/2020
Biometric Request: 11/26/2020
Biometric Submission: 12/14/2020
Approval & PPR : 01/08/2021
