ICT WP Applications at NY Consulate - Oct , Nov and Dec 2014

Any dec applicants out there who did not apply online and sent in the passports along with the initial application. Please let me know.

I too got my WP approved today. But have to go back to India and get it stamped as my max out is on Feb 26 and need 3 weeks for getting canada visa stamped

When did you apply and did you apply online as well ? I applied through mail on Dec 18th :( Still have not gotten my WP and passports back.

I applied for ICT through my employer on Dec 15, 2014.
I believe it was online application by my company's attorney.
I got approval email from my attorney on Feb 20, 2015.

After approval, I was asked to send my passport to VAC, NYC. I have few queries:

1. How long will VAC, NYC take to stamp and return my passport?
2. Once work permit is approved and passport stamped, how much time can I take to enter Canada? Is there any deadline to enter Canada on ICT?
3. I have existing TRV on mypassport (visitor visa for Canada). Will I now need a new one?

It took 12 days for me.I sent the passport on 12th feb and received it back on 25th.
I dont have a clear idea about this..But the visa is issued for two years..So i guess you have to land before that time.
You do not need a seperate TRV.

Thanks for your response. So, I will expect my passport by end of next week.
I had to send my passport to my attorney and they would have eventually sent to VAC in NYC. So, it will add few extra days.

Anyone who has submitted ICT application in last week of Jan 2015 got any update from NY Consulate.
It's been 2 more than month hoping would hear something soon.

My ICT work permit application was submitted on 12/15 and approved on 2/19. (ICT)
One of my colleague submitted on 12/20 and got approval around 3/1. (ICT + SOWP)

So, its about 2 months and few days.

Hi AK2015,
I am pretty much following you.. I need to leave country in next couple weeks, My ICT WP Application was filled on 27th Jan and still waiting for the response... Is there an option to get VISA stamping from India once I got the response from NY Consulate? And what exactly I need to do from my end or from my Employer (Lawyer) end before I leave country? Thanks for your time and Appreciate your help.
 
Just wanted to add my ICT case also with you guys..

Case filed on 2/12/2015.
Still awaiting result. Max-out at the end of May.
 
Received update from Attorney today. My petition is approved and they have requested for Passport.
