Hi Guys,

Need some information. My application was submitted on sep 1 2022 and medicals are done upfront. Still waiting for Biometrics letter. It's an ITC LMIA exemption and it was applied through my company lawyers.

So, is this waiting time is normal for Bio letter?

Depends on your NOC code. If it’s O or A - as mentioned above 70-80 days, if it’s Noc B - then there is no specific timeframe, it will take longer.

Said the company should have applied for an LMIA. However mine is ICT so LMIA exempt
