ICT Work Permits outside Canada before new guidelines 2014

HI,

Canada has introduced new guidelines for ICT on June 9th.

My application has gone to embassy on June 6th. But till now no updates on my Visa and in VFS site the status is showing as 'being processed at New Delhi office, India'. My colleagues got the visa in a week before the guidelines came.

Any idea how about the old applications logged before the new guidelines introduced?

Its been one month now and there is no update from embassy. How long will it take.

Has anybody got the visa who applied from India for ICT after the new guidelines came?

We are on same boat, my file has filed on 9-June, the day new guidelines has introduced apart from my many colleague are in same league.

even on VFS website same status since 1 month..

Hi ...My ICT was filed online , 9th June in NY. have not received any update yet.

one of my colleague got refusal today from CIC, applied on 16th june.waiting for mine
not sure what will happen.

I have applied ICT WP in NY (online) on May 14, 2014 and still am waiting for the status. Is there a way to find out the latest processing dates from the NY office?

I have received passport request today. 9th June , online application in NY office.
