ICT work permit processed in 15 days?

Hello friends,

My ICT work permit application has been processed in 15 days. Today I got to see new status update on VFS site saying my passport has been dispacthed. Does that mean its approved or rejected? I didn't receive any email from VFS.

"Your passport has been dispatched from VAC and it may get to you within 7 working days. If it fails then it will be received back at the Canada Visa Application Centre, please contact VAC helpline for further queries. "

I have a travelled to Canada before and worked there for couple of years. Does that have any impact on the decsion?

Hi,

You applied for the Canada consulate in India or US? Since you mentioned VFS, I think you would have applied in India or some other country. I have submitted my application on 4th Sep online for processing at New York and waiting for the mail from Canada consulate.
