Hi all,

I am in Canada on ICT LMIA work permit through GSS. Now I have been promoted by employer but I have been told that I need wait until the role change amendment petition is approved by IRCC to receive benefits of the new role. The average processing time is of 109 days and for those days I would still get older benefits. Anyone aware how can this be expedited?

Thanks...I applied on nov 1 and biometrics on dec 1; it is just few weeks.... now I need to wait

That is only for non GSS , for GSS PPR comes between 40-60 days.

May I know the duration for ICT, Non-GSS , NOC-0/A. PPR timelines please.

Non gss application is taking 6-7 months.

No it is written in the documents you uploaded during application filing.

Medicals (Upfront) - 26th August
Application Submitted - 23rd October
Biometrics Done - 15th November
NOC - A, ICT - Yes, GSS - Yes
PPR - Awaiting

Upfront medicals : 9 Oct || Application date Online: 1 Nov || Biometrics given VFS Bangalore: 1 Dec || PPR: Awaiting || ICT+GSS+LMIA Exempted applied by my company through Fragomen

can there be possibility that biometric is not received by ircc? Me and my wife both submitted biometrics on 29 nov but when i call ircc call center to check on application status, i got below response:
1. Eligibility review not started, dont know what it is
2. Biometric not received

But my wife’s biometric was received.

Anyone with same situation and what to do here?
