I am workiing in US and planning to move to canada. I have around 14 years of experience and 5 years in US.
My company wants to do LMO, however I heard that ICT process is much easy and can be done for experienced resrouces.
I would like to know ICT advantages over LMO with respect to visa and for applying PR in future.

Thanks for your reply, yes my company is established in both the countrires.

For ICT you must meet the following:

Intra-company transferee

An intra-company transferee must:

have worked continuously for at least 6 months (one year NAFTA) in the preceding three years for the same or affiliated employer
be transferred to Canada to work temporarily for the same or an affiliated employer; and
work in a capacity that is managerial, executive or that involves specialized knowledge.

I am in canada on LMO. Is it possible to apply for ICT(same employer) before my WP(on LMO) expires?

Thanks.

No - it's not possible.

To apply for an ICT you must be working outside of Canada for a company and that company must be interested in moving you to a role located inside of Canada. If you are already working in Canada then you don't meet the criteria for an ICT.
