ICT Visa Status From India

Hi All
My company submitted ICT documents to VFS on 23rd June. I am still waiting for status change in VFS tracker website. Also my another friend applied with same profile on 26th June, he got VISA last week itself. Can anyone help me out how the process is being followed?

Passport dispatched on Firday Sept1st
Got approval mail today Tuesday Sept 5th
