ICT to BCPNP query

I have 2 questions:

1. I am in talk of getting ICT with my current employer (in India) with branch in Burnaby, BC. Can I apply for BCPNP after getting job offer which I am going to use to support my ICT application?

2. After getting ICT and moving to Canada can I apply for BC PNP using same job offer I used for ICT?

Hi were you able to get BC PnP with ICT work permit from your employer... I am also going through the same situation.
