Got medical request on 20th May.
21st May done medical at Pune. Not sure how long they take to upload the reports to CIC.
And how long it takes after that.

My ICT application was submitted online on Nov 20 2015 in USA, I gave my biometrics on Jan 20 and I'm still waiting. (It's already past their promised 3-month processing time...)

Anyone with any update?

HI Guys,

I have also applied ICT (online) won 11th Dec 2015 from USA and still waiting for decision. I did not have any biometrics done.

khoadovu, can we give biometrics before the decision?

Hi sekhar,

I believe you need to receive a request for biometrics before you can submit them. It took me 2 months to receive the request. I fulfilled it the day after, and have been in waiting mode since then...

I think your application will get processed around next week (3rd week of March) - if you have submitted your application from USA in Canada NY consulate (online )

Here is the what they said on of their fb page:

Consulate General of Canada in New York:

Visa Section: Weekly Update 2016-03-04
The visa section is currently processing applications received via the Visa Application Centre (VAC) on the following dates:
Temporary Resident Visa (Visitor Visa): February 29, 2016
Work Permit (VAC): January 5, 2016
The visa section is currently processing work permit applications received online on the following date:
Work Permit (online): November 27, 2015
The visa section is currently processing Temporary Resident Permit & Rehabilitation applications* for business travellers during November 2015. Acknowledgment of receipt letters are being mailed for applications received February 2016.

*can only be submitted by Mail

I have been to many countries on WP. This is the longest wait.

Hopefully, there will be positive approval by this month.

Based on my forecast date,there is significantly high probability that your application will get processed before March 25 2016.
