Dear Friends,
Friends' wife applied for citizenship with more than 1095 days in the preceding 4 years. She has never traveled outside Canada since her arrival here in 2007. They have received a letter from the citizenship office requesting the ICES travel history from CBSA. My understanding is that it only requested from those who apply for citizenship who has lesser than 1095 days or have undertaken international travel during the period under consideration for citizenship. What can be the possible reason for requesting the ICES travel history from someone who has not undertaken any international travel after arrival in Canada, no stamps on passports etc. Are they suspecting any thing.
Yours response will be highly appreciated.
Regards,
Canadahopeful.
