Who applied to ICES, can you please share your timeline?

It was an integrated Bachelors and Masters program from a University in Russia. 5 years program.

I got Masters degree equivalent for Canada

Was their processing time 14 weeks mentioned on their website in Nov 2018...? or is this a new development...
