Dear All, I need help...I apply for assessment to BCIT..They ask me to fax credit card detail. I did so but credit card keep decline/rejecting payment. credit card is active i am using here in KSA.
sufficient fund available? online transaction approved? some credit cards have bars on online transaction.. you have to activate that.... if possible try to pay with a friends card....
