kindly guide me ....how can i get the file number if i am applying to ICAS but not online application...
how will i get that?
do i have to fill the application in my hand writing or print form?
I am planning to have my Bachelor's Degree equalize but I'm not quite sure between ICAS and ICES.
This is for both employment and immigration purposes.
Looking forward to hear your advises.
