ICAS ECA for IGNOU and Sikkim Manipal University

I completed my degree from IGNOU (BCA) and MBA from Sikkim Manipal University. I'm planning to complete ECA myself thru ICAS (Not thru any agency). I want to know whether the transcripts and certificate attestation from IGNOU and SMU I have to collect myself and send both together to ICAS or university has to send directly to ICAS. My doubt is if the university sends themselves ICAS will receive this in 2 different times as this is two different universities. Will that is an issue. Kindly advice

HI, I am also in same dilemma. If someone can please let us know the answer, it will be very helpful.
I am in doubt whether I have to send to ICAS directly and also from University or UNiversity will send me transcripts and then, I have to send them to ICAS.
