My friends ICAS ECA is also stuck at "Assessment in Progress" since 02 June 2020.
On asking queries, he is getting not so assuring reply.

I am glad, ICAS is currently evaluating application from December. I received this email from ICAS on July 10th. Hopefully I will get my report in September. @tayyeb555 please update when you receive your assessment.

Although ICAS’ physical office remains closed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, please rest assured that ICAS continues to prepare and issue Assessment Reports electronically.
For the type of report which you requested, assessment staff are currently preparing reports for files for which we received appropriate documentation in early December 2019.
For your file, appropriate documentation was received on February 28, 2020.

1) was your SMU MBA DISTANCE DEGREE?
2) HAVE YOU GOT ANY ECA NUNBER ON REPORT LIKE IMM..... OR ITS SAME AS YOU FILE NUMBER ON REPORT WHICH YOU WILL FILL IN EXPRESS ENTRY?
Yes It is SMU distant learning and theres only file number on report.
I am expecting my report in a week.. as it is under assisennt in progress.. post which my score will be 475

I dint do it though.
could have done it and got the ITA on 8th july draw.
Finally I got the report before FSW draw.. hope will get the ITA on 22nd july with CRS 475
