ICAS CANADA - APPLICATION TIMELINES

I stopped checking for updates couple of weeks ago, but just checked now. FInally an update and I am in queue for assessment. Now the wait till April is gonna be a LONG one. I hope things get better in a month or two and they can get back to their scheduled 25 weeks time line that their website currently suggests.

31st December 2018 according to their confrontation via mail but on tracking it was showing 21st jan

Can someone please assist and advise about filling up the DOCUMENT SUBMISSION FORM

I am confused and do not understand as in what to write for the 10 points under "I have contacted the awarding body and have submitted the Official Records Request Forms to have documents sent directly to ICAS: "

Do I have to enlist the documents I have sent to the University which also include my passport copy and the request form of the University
OR
Do I have to enlist the documents the University will be sending to ICAS?

I have completed my BBA from SMUDE
