Anyone have idea how many days it normally takes for status change after the documents have been delivered by courier?

i.e from Application Received to Documents Received (or Additional Information / Documents Received)

There isn't even way to confirm they indeed received the documents through courier or not. At least they should acknowledge the documents are received from courier services. Its really frustrating.

ICAS mail room has processed Documents received by them on 26th March 2019 on 16th April 2019. So it depends when your courier was delivered to ICAS.

Hello everyone, ICAS is requesting me for a non-provisional Degree certificate from one of my universities (JNTU-India) even though I submitted Provisional certificate. Did anyone face this situation?
JNTU provides an Original Degree Certificate which will be issued only if the original was lost or stolen.
