My timelines are on the left. However i just have a very quick question and really bothered if my situation could be a problem.

Work Experience Timeline
OCT-10-2010 ----- JUNE-27-2011 (initial WP expired in MAR-2011, and applied for extension before it expired and got in SEP-2011)
MAR-03-2013 ----- TILL DATE

During both the duration its the same employer and same client in Canada. However in my first workpermit and the extended wp, instead of my employer's name it shows my client name. When i filed for PR, i gave a reference letter from my employer and the client.

do you think this could be any issue, would the VO ask why does my WP show a different employer?

Did you call CIC and try to fix that issue ? Did you attach explanation letter with your file explaining this situation and all efforts you made to change it ?
If its there fault you don't have to worry about anything.

--- Unfortunately I didnot. At P.O.E in Toronto in 2010, instead of my Employer letter i gave the client letter to the officer in airport. So i agree that the initial WP was my fault,
but when i applied for extension, the company lawyer had clearly stated my employer's name, but instead got the client name (in WP extension)

Ok Even if its your fault, But to prove this, you have to submit some valid documents. May i know how did you get your closed work permit - lmo or ICT ?
If it was lmo , then there will be clear details in the lmo doc who has requested the lmo(It should have your employer name - may also have client name and address. But the requester information will have your employer name clearly)

Attaching those document with the explanation letter(How it became fault) would be additional support for you.

The first time, it was on ICT. no LMO, where as the second time(2013) was via LMO. So do you suggest me to send a letter now, because i'm just wondering if that would delay the process and make it evident of this problem to the VO

I would say don't do anything now because sending document without request might delay your process because they assess it first and then attach it with your file, and you don't have to worry about anything it wont be a problem as you already sent reference letter from Employer and Client. If they have a concern then they might give your boss a call or/and might request additional document. So for no stay calm and wait for MR as it not too far.

OK, Thanks. The letter from the client states that they entered into a contract with my employer and i being an employee of my employer performed the duties. So i am hoping it goes smooth.
I will wait to see if some one else shares their thoughts.

And 1 last question, the experience i gained during the implied status is considered right? if not i will be deep trouble

If you applied for extension before your work permit expired and if you got an extension then its ok.

Yes I did. Though i got the WP extension in SEP'2011(but i left canada while it was in processing), it says i mantained the status legally..

Even if you maintained Legal status, the time you were out of Canada should be taken into consideration if it was more than 2 weeks (only 2 weeks of paid Vacation is taken into consideration by CIC for CEC - source: OP25a)

sorry i meant to say, i applied for WP extension in MARCH 2011 and left canada in JUNE-2011. However my WP(extension) was approved only in AUG-2011. So i believe my experience until JUN-2011 would be taken in account

When did your actual work permit expired ?

March-27-2011. I applied for extension before March 27th.

I continued to work until June-25-2011.(was in implied status).

Got my extended WP in AUG-2011
