I year tuition + Accomodation + Air Fare rule (For Pakistani Students)

I have found a rule of 1 Year Tuition Fee + Living Expences + Air Fare in this forum... I am a little uncertian with 1 year tuition fee because in my acceptance letter the university has mentioned fee for the whole course having a duration of 2 years, so i believe 1 should enter the amount as mentioned in acceptance letter.
I am unable to find the above mentioned rule on any canadian immigration website. Can you guys please be more specific and let me know where that rule is mentioned.
I believe, medical examination rule is fine and and well known to every individual who applies to canada as it has been mentioned on the CHC website and also on CIC but there is no such rule or statement which is clearly indicating the rule which is mentioned in this forum.
 
Just read "cost of studies pls "thread. You will get your answer there. people have double checked this info with CHC via email.
 
Let's suppose, my entire course which is 4 years , total tuition cost is around $60,000 then living expenses. In that case, we need to hire the service of Bill Gates. :P

I will visit this forum once im done and will share my story and the procedure im going to follow. Believe me im just loosing my peace of mind here...

Anyway, I was checking my forms, and suddenly 1 thing struck my mind.. lol.. It is, my course is of 8months. That means, I will be living in Canada for about 9 months (technically) .. which is 3 months less than 1 year.. I don't know if I get 1 year study visa or 9 months, but according to my duration, I will only have to declare 9 months living cost. Right?? $12200(tuition) + $7200 ($800 x 9 months) + $3000 additional. Correct?? :D

Just for your piece of mind. Contact umair81 for any guidance. He got his visa from isl CHC . He was going for his masters . Very nice and helpful guy. Talk to him on his cell phone. I was just joking with you above

yes one year tution+10k+3k will get u a visa if the visa officer is satisfied that u are a bonafide student..
if not.. to app chahay abba..ama , dada dadi, nana, nani.. and mohalay waloon key property papers laga do.. u wont get it.
