I was trying to hear the status of my application in IRCC phone system. But it just say " we received your application on March 2024. To serve you better we are transfering your call to an agent" .And than transfer me to an agent.
Anyone has the same issue ??

Hi. Probably there is decision. It happened to me and my partner. When there is decision it says this.

I am having the same thing
When I tried to call IRCC to hear the automated phone thing to give me the status of my PR application it said "Transferring your call to an agent".
What it could be and how long thats gonna take
