i wanted to know ways of getting PR

hi everyone..
i am student here in canada studying in UFV, doing my bba. i wanted to get PR as soon as possible. i wanted to know the ways of getting PR. i dont want to wait for my degree to get over and then finding job and working for a year and then apply for PR, neither i wanted to go for marriage way. i am looking forward for the ways where investment could be done. i mean if i buy property or start up a business will i get PR soon?? how much should i invest for PR?
please help me in this...

The investor class requires you to have a substantial amount of money to invest in a business in Canada (i.e. several hundred thousand dollars). Also, the processing times for this class are not fast. If you apply as an investor, the processing of your application will take several years.
