hello. I want to visit Canada for tourism. only me. what form should I fill.
and my father is funding me so how to add HIS bank report.

Do not make travel plans before you have your visa stamped. If you may need your passport for next 6 months, do not apply. They held my passport for 72 days without a decision as I had to withdraw due to other travel plans. Optimistically speaking, 6 months should be sufficient for them to process the visa. Also be aware that once you submit your passport, only God knows when it will be returned. They just want to collect visa fee it seems. And do not expect your emails/fax to be responded... In the nutshell, it's a nightmare...

You can apply online visitors visa.
Before applying just take the questionnaire to freeze your checklist of documents needed.
In the form itself there will be questions like if you are self sponsoring your trip, there you should check for no and mention about your father and in the checklist document you might need to send your father's bank account details.

If you apply online your passport won't be held for a long period of time.
