I have seen many people getting study permit with fake experience certificate ..but by fake i mean all the documents are of genuine registered company or firm for example experience letter joining letter created by using the genuine letter head of a company and signed by genuine authority...u should not create a work experience by using ur laptop with xxx company and xxx post...

@Simmidas - My 10th percentage is 90% and 12th is 75% from Science.

Which Uni should I look for the entrepreneurship programs? And should I not try for CS program (Artificial Intelligence,Information Technology Business Analyst) with my weak profile?

Btw thank you for giving me pointers on how to approach the situation, much appreciated.

You have an 'engineering degree' from NIT, which is one of the premier engineering institute in India, so it should not be that difficult to get admitted into a masters program. Don't waste time (and money) in applying for postgraduate diplomas etc. Looks for universities offering masters in Computer Science / IT / Data Security etc and apply to those universities. You can also use whatever work experience you have to support your application. You don't have to tell anyone about your breaks in jobs. Based on what you told so far, you were never 'officially diagnosed' with depression/anxiety. So don't even try to bring up the word "Depression" anywhere in the application process. After graduating people try different things and some work and some don't. Your SOP should highlight the fact that after graduating from NIT, you worked for sometime to get industry experience/tired a startup etc., and that also helped/motivated you to pursue higher education in CS/IT etc.

The agents tell me with such a low percentage (56%) and backlogs/reattempts, I don't stand a chance in Universities.

Why are you going to agents or consultants? Just search for universities which are offering programs of your interest. Then look for the admission requirements and apply to those which may accept you. Some universities also offer bridge courses if your grades are too low. So try your best. It is not easy to apply and go to a different country for higher studies. You have to be prepared to slog to apply, get visa and work very hard after going there to succeed.

Once you get admission, you can take the help of consultants to prepare your financial documents (if needed). You don't need a consultant to get you admission or apply for visa. You can do it yourself. It just needs your dedication, hard work and you must also be willing to spends lots of time.

I am really confused and dejected, I think I should give up. Best I can get is PG Diploma in some shady college. I can do better in India.

And when he wants to apply for PR (which is usually the ultimate goal) what proof will he present for the fake work experiences he made?
You don't need to prove all your work experience for PR, just the work experience you wish to claim points for.
In PR applications you have a section for work experience and another section for Personal History.

The PG diploma is essentially a vehicle to get PGWP in Canada, don't expect to learn new skills or get recognized. If you think your undergrad experience and skills is sufficient then go for it but life will not be easy. That being said people do get good jobs but I feel for every person that does there are 4 or 5 that are working in a restaurant or labor. Anyways, that's what I've noticed while I've been in Canada, I don't mean to deter you, just providing you a realistic picture.

The fact is Canada is very grade centric and universities really go by the last education grades. CS bases programs are the most competitive programs in Canada where toppers from all over world would compete. I do not want to discourage you but what I am saying is based on my own experience while applying to Canadian universities.

Therefore, opt for such programs where you see a possibility for getting an admission. Let's, say you manage to get a seat in university, VO still may Reject your application. Therefore, think in the lines where the possibility of your application getting approved by VO. I am just talking about the holistic approach.

Now, Two things you can really do.
1) Prepare for GMAT, and get admission in MBA based on your GMAT score. You will also have convincing point for VO that you have scored well.
2)Go for masters program like Entrepreneurship program where GMAT score is not needed. You can check for these programs at below universities
1. McMaster University
2. Carleton University
3. Ryerson University
4. University of New Brunswick
5. Saint Mary's University

Pick a university in a remote location/ provinces.

This is generally good advice. The one thing you have going for you is that Canadian schools love money over everything else so you need to convince a school to accept you based on factors other than your GPA. It can be done. GMAT or GRE is a good start.

Adding to above point, I have seen very handful of universities accepting GRE scores as an admission criteria and for most it does not matter and the universities that ask for GRE score are York, McMaster and McGill. There may be more but I didn't encounter. However, for pursuing MBA, GMAT score is must. Now Business Analytics Program is offered in most of the business schools that look for GMAT score, you can check for these programs. Similar programs are available at Western, Queens But these are super duper expensive like 70-80K for 1 year program. If you can afford, you can give it a shot.
