I want to remove my husband from my application

I want to remove my husband’s name from my application. I have already informed to CIC, he is not accompanying with me and we are separated. He is not interested to go to Canada. But, CIC required his medical examination. I have already submitted my passport for visa processing. After received my passport, CIC send me a additional medical request for my husband.... What can I do in this situation?

This information clearly indicated on IRCC website, all family members must do medical examination, even if they are not going to move to Canada. You have no options to avoid that step.

Dont worry i had been through the same situation. I got separated and right at the same time ircc sent me medical request for me and my spouse. I informed cic about it and on my spouse medical request letter i wrote not applicable and submitted. This above solution to me was told by cic agent.

All you have to provide is proof of separation to cic. Write a case specific enquiry and inform them with everything. If you are the principal applicant nothing will happen to your application so dont worry.

In my country legal separation is not excepted. I have already submitted a affidavit about our separation. After that, CIC required a medical examination request. We have a child. For her shake, I'm not file any divorce case. My husband is so powerful. My cordial request, he was performed his medical but his condition was so high. I pay him a big amount of money. The day before yesterday, CIC required, to meet him a panel physician again. I do not know what's the problem. When I informed him, he wants more money. It’s kinda difficult for me to arrange again. I am totally upset and afraid.

Dont worry the medical request is automated request. Even when i submitted the letter saying that my wife is not applicable for medical because we are already separated. They sent twice for my wife too and i kept saying that she is not applicable.

All these things you have to inform IRCC. You file may take a little long but they will accept your circumstances.

Yes i went through a divorce than got married again and finally day before yesterday got my PR

Did they accept it without your partner's medical exam?
