Most employers are unwilling to go through the process of hiring someone who doesn’t already have the legal right to work in Canada. The employer would also have to submit proof that they aren’t able to find anyone already in Canada to do the job. Would look at express entry and your CRS score to see if you qualify to immigrate.

Focus on immigration programs. Chances of getting a job are close to nil without the employer going through the LMIA process and proving no one in Canada has your experience, skills or education.

Thanks dear & this info would help us a lot. But living in Bangladesh, this type of programme can't arrange so far. This is why we've suffered for living or dreaming life changing opportunities many times
