I agree with you. He can cause more problems to his case than resolution by doing this.mrbeam said:Think about what you're doing, you are protesting against a country you want to enter? You don't want to give Canada anymore reason to refuse you.
I will tell you point blank, that's it's a terrible idea. I won't be surprised if the embassy will say you are a security risk and refuse you.
So true.AAL1984 said:You can protest all you want, day and night, it will not change any Canadian immigration rules or Canadian processing times. If anything it may even delay your application.
I hope 2012 will be good for pisces! Are you a specialist in astrology? Any predictions for 2012?Zouk Princesse said:Is mercury in retrograde or something? There seem to be alot of people up in arms on the forum today!
Be cool dudes...be cool 8)
All I want to say is that you don't have any rights yet in Canada, you have rights only in Pakistan. You can organize protests in Pakistan like in all Arab countries where people are protesting against their governments for a better life. You can take initiative and organize your group and become a political leader. You can join non-profit organizations who fight for human rights in dictatorship countries, you can volunteer for them in your region. I can't understand the logic behind your thinking that you have rights in Canada. Can somebody else explain it to me?zaig said:well i can see lot people are so coward and so scared that they even dont want to raise their voice for their right .protest dsnt mean violence these countries are democratic countries and people can raise their voice. it is all about bringing things to their consideration . look it is so simple if we go there and protest peacfully that this system is hurting us and over relation. some one replied above and his reply is funny that canada pick people who are burden to society and refuse who can contribute to economy and socitey .. i am not agreed if that is the case then they should never do spouse sponcership ist step then .because then it dsnt matter if your spouse can afford you or not .
other thing is we can build pressure while gathering out side what are your concerns so we can address those basic problems . as if you people see i already post a new topic that reason why paksitanies are ignored and how we can address them but thats what i belive . this is not at all privilage if spouse visa is privilage then they can give it to any one who are not even married to a canadaian person .it is against basic human rights to stop some one and keep him or her away from spouse .yes if some on is security thereat if some one has criminal record some one with fake marriage . yes they should stope him or her . but i am saying about processing time .it can not be like this that u make some one wait for three years to see if he is ok and then when u find it then u allow him or u refuse him . i am not saying what they are doing is wrong they are absolutly doing it rightly but they way they are doing is not right . all these background checks and security checks dsnt take longer then 10 or 20 days for one person it is only that they are lazy and they dont push things for because they are not employee of private sector they are employee of governament dsnt matter if you work on file or not or if you leave it half way .there is no manager to ask you for job got done or not. the more u wait chances are it can damage ur married relation and married life .after marrige that is the best time to live togather and we gave it to processing time and when we reach there we should be looking for future planing but we cant as we have to enjoy that time first which we are missing after marrige this is not good for our future as well as for canadian economy .
zaig said:Baloo thanks for reply. If immigration is not human right . Then what is it an animal right?
As i mentioned previously, immigration is not a right, not in any way, shape, or form.
Canada and other countries offer immigration as a privilege - as you said there are conditions that have to be met, some are clearly stated, some (like the delays and stress) just exist.
But clearly, the country decides who can enter.
If yoi see this who made these laws human for other human . If they make a law tomaro u cant get married to some on out side the boundry of ur country .or apply before it is our choice to allow u getting married with some one out side. What will u do then .
Such laws already exist in many countries, same sex marriage, no divorces allowed.
I m not geting immigration because they dont want it. I have applied when they said o am eligeble for it . I didnt if their process was much quicker but if they have refused me on geniune reason. U r not getting my point my married life is not slave of some thick head . No one can be my god . I again say that if any other country in the world make such law for canadian will except it they even dont want to apply for visas they want entries. So just i born some where els i have to wait unlimitedly not acceptable for me boss trust me if i dint get visa before this march trust me u will see some one rasied his voice in london .
I do not know the details of your application, so i can not comment on it.
Me andv my wife has made up our mind .she will come to london to live with me .
Many couples who apply for family spousal (myself included) know that if immigration to Canada is not possible they will live together in a different country.
They recognise that the point is, being with that person, not being in Canada.
And i will unmask this inhuman behaviour of so called human rights lover if you wNt to live like slave i dont mind because i will not
Couples that have been rejected can in some cases appeal or re-apply, others choose to accept the decision move on with their life, with their partner.
Of course you can use your time protesting, but maybe there are more productive things to do, like enjoying your family (wherever that may be).
Canada is not the only place in the world.
FWIW I am certainly not living like a slave, far from it.
But I guess that our definitions of slavery differ.
