Since you have asked for an opinion, maybe in your case it is best to complete all the studies that you talking about and high school, then yes, sponsoring yout GF is parent's basement is a next big thing.

What country is she from? She could look at getting a working holiday/IEC visa to work in Canada.

You can only sponsor her for PR status after you get married or live together for 12 months to become common-law.

To sponsor her under family class, yes. You have to marry her or live under the same roof for 12 months without any interruption (and have proof of this).
Also you have to explain how you're planning to support yourselves without taking any government help.

Marrying her is the fastest way to qualify, though you need to prove that you're marrying her for reasons other that immigration. Or you can live together for 12 months to become common law before applying.

If you apply inland, she may qualify for a work permit while the application processes, though she cannot leave Canada. If you apply outland, she will not be eligible to work unless she qualifies through another program. Outland is much faster, so if you can support the both of you on one income, go for outland. You can live in or out of Canada for outland.

Well it is valid to say that I didn't want to get separed from her? And tell them about our future plans work, family, etc? OK is there any differences to the process if I marry her? Y mean for the requirements because I don't think that I will have the money for a big wedding in a year living there. About the work permit is there any parameters? Because I don't think she can work under a student visa being in a English course. All I have is our records, letters, whatsapp, photos will they see them? Ty for your kind responses.
