i want to know if there are people do sponsoring with canada ambassy in trinidad

hi everyone!! sorry for my English cauz i am french loool
so this is my situation i live in quebec specialy in montréal
I start the sponsoring for my conjugal Partner and his son in 25 feb 2013. i sent all file. They receive all at mississauga and sent all to trinidad and start the traitment in 8 march 2013 ..during that i apply the CSQ (special paper of quebec) AND THEY ACCEPT and say i can sponsoring my man..time pass i recieve the CSQ from Québec and tell the information to CIC at Trinidad... MY Status on the site of CIC say they receive medical examan and all in process..time pass again no news until 7 sept 2013.. cic reply to my man and say they confirm they receive the file after no news. ITS almost 7 months WE WAIT and its hard.....
no interview yet...nothing....

There is a Port of Spain, Trinidad thread so I would suggest joining there and you will be able to see many other peoples timelines that have applications being processed by this VISA office.

My husbands file was processed by this office. You can see our dates at the side by my name. Our application was sent December 2012 and he landed October 2013. Current processing times for this VISA office is 20 months. May be shorter or longer depending on the individual file.

Agreed. Every file is different and some applications have red flags or an interview is required to prove the genuine relationship.
