I want to immigrate to canada as a skilled worker. I have to apply for the PR card for the first time. Please tell me which form to fill up and send. Whether i have to appear for IELTS. Is is mandatory. My spouse and my minor child are also accompanying with me. Whether they have to apply separately with new separate PR forms. Whether they will be treated as separate individuals for the same.

Language test is mandatory for principal applicant

Your spouse and child will be included in your application as dependants.
