As I’ve quoted above, look at the Atlantic immigration pilot program, it’s a new immigration scheme and it only has so many openings. You must find your own job but pleas3 check that you qualify for the #cheme. Employers will need to see criminal record, IELTS test and Education evaluation. So what is your point in being here? If you really believe your lawyer that you cannot apply for immigration, then why did you ask on this forum for options? The solutions you got so far are already helpful, even far more than what your so-called lawyer told you. It's up to you to do the research to look into them and see if you qualify.

I also had a lawyer tell a relative that he was too old to qualify (54). But I did the research and got them PR.

Computer Systems and Networking. Do your own research. Research colleges universities in your chosen Province. Going to a new country is a big change, so don't rely on other people to do all your research.

I'm looking for Canada immigration. IELTS is done as results are awaited. Meanwhile contacted some immigration agency and they are asking around 1.25 to 1.50 lacs (approx. 2000 USD) for complete process which includes ECA, filing application, opening job seeker account etc. Please let me know can we do such thing from my end too. From where I can get the details of required format for manuscripts for ECA ? And filing application can be done w/o mistake?
